What is GrowPlan?
GrowPlan is a garden planning app that helps you plan your growing season, track what you've planted, and learn as you go. It's designed for home gardeners who want a simple, thoughtful way to organise their garden.
Which devices does GrowPlan support?
GrowPlan is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad). We'll announce support for additional platforms if and when they become available.

What is CharterPath CFA?
CharterPath CFA is a smart exam preparation app for the CFA Level 1 and Level 2 exams. It features adaptive practice questions, AI-powered explanations, spaced repetition flashcards, full mock exams, and detailed progress tracking to help you study smarter.
Is CharterPath affiliated with CFA Institute?
No. CharterPath CFA is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the CFA Institute. "CFA" and "Chartered Financial Analyst" are registered trademarks owned by the CFA Institute.
What's included in CharterPath Free vs Pro?
The free tier includes 10 practice questions per day, limited AI clarifications, and core flashcards. Pro unlocks unlimited questions, unlimited AI explanations, all flashcard decks, unlimited mock exams, and advanced topic drills. You can upgrade to Pro from within the app.
How does the AI explanation feature work?
After answering a question, tap "Ask AI" to get a detailed, personalised explanation. You can ask follow-up questions in your own words. The AI is powered by Anthropic's Claude and is trained to give curriculum-aligned responses, though you should always verify against official CFA materials.
What is Menu Grade?
Menu Grade is a food and nutrition app that uses your camera to identify meals and provide instant nutritional information. Simply point your phone at your plate and get a clear, judgement-free breakdown of what you're eating.
How accurate is Menu Grade?
Menu Grade provides estimates based on visual recognition. Results are intended as a helpful guide rather than a precise measurement. For specific dietary or medical needs, always consult a qualified professional.
Does Menu Grade store my photos?
Photos are processed to provide nutritional information and are not shared with third parties. You can review exactly what data we collect in our Privacy Policy.
Can I rely on Menu Grade for allergen detection?
Menu Grade can flag potential allergens based on menu text and AI analysis, but it cannot account for how a restaurant prepares its food. Cross-contamination, shared equipment, and unlisted ingredients may introduce allergens not detected by the app. Always confirm allergen information directly with restaurant staff before ordering. Menu Grade is a helpful guide, not a medical tool.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions. From there you can view, change, or cancel any active subscription. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
What data do you collect?

How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account through the app settings. If you need assistance, email us at privacy@tilthapps.com and we'll process your request promptly. All personal data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
